Shipping policy

Please allow 3 business days for your order to be picked, wrapped and collected. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

We offer two standard shipping prices.

1. Catalogues: 5-9 business days/ $5.95 AUD
2. Everything else: 5-9 business days/ $19.95 AUD

Orders are shipped via Sendle Couriers.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to liase with Sendle.

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been entered and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
